A Message from the Principal

The 2015 Red & White Benefit was a huge success. Not only did we bring in a net profit of $244,000, but we had 139 guests participate in the Fund-a-Need, with 29 of them donating at the $1000 level. Everyone I spoke to said it was the most fun they have had in a long time. The skits and the speeches were heart-warming and entertaining. Our student volunteers and performers who were representing our school were totally amazing. I have to tell you that I was blown away by every aspect of the night. There was a lot of work behind the scenes to make everything so special. Many thanks to all those who helped out.

Kindergarten Round-Up was held last night and the room was filled with excitement. Our future looks very bright.

Confirmation was held at the Cathedral this past Saturday for our eighth graders. The Cathedral was beautiful and it was a perfect setting for our kids to take this very important step in the their faith. Congratulations to all of our eighth grade students who were confirmed.

Lastly, the progress on the student activities center is now moving quickly. We are all fascinated by watching the walls go up. Get an up-to-date glimpse of the progress from your PC or take a look at Mr. Hendrickson's photo below showing the view from Thomas.

Until next time...God's peace,

Mr. James Morehead

Have You Adopted?

We are realizing that quite a number of our school families have adopted children both locally and internationally. We would like to do a special interest story in the next Aggie Archives on adoption. Please notify us if you have adopted children and would be comfortable being included in the tally and/or relating some of the highlights of your family's journey to one of our staff writers. Please send an email to info@saintagnesschool.org and we will follow up with you to learn more. Thank you in advance for your consideration!
