Good morning Friend,

How you doing? Me? Sleepy, tonight I have a midterm on Abnormal psychology. I am so tired, at the same time happy that I will be done soon with my duties and have at least one day of rest.

A friend asked me recently, when do you know that you are getting good advice from a brother in Christ? How do you know that they are true to you? And I did not give an immediate answer even though it looks like a simple question. I ran about a week with this question in my head. And thought: you have to trust people but that does not guarantee that they will be true to you. They have to make time to be with you and hear you in times of trouble. An during a radio show they answered the question. "they need to give you the word of God to meditate on it". Our own wisdom is worth nothing but the wisdom from God through His word opens ways where there are none. Only God can give us insight. If not, we just become more confused.
We must not be naive and just follow what everyone dictates around us. Question things and ask the question "why?".  Allow yourself to think. Seek and make your own research. We live in difficult times, very challenging ones where the truth is watered down and the lies are sugarcoated. 

"Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world." 1 Peter 5:8-9 ESV

Pray, pray for guidance and insight for all areas in your life. God is listening all petitions in Jesus name. Call for your Savior!
