Small Group Leader Training 

Sunday February 16

Wondering what comes next for your group after the conclusion of the Connect Small Group Campaign? Come join us on Sunday February 16 at 12:15 PM in Fellowship Hall for a 30-minute training session on how to keep the momentum going and what is next for Connect Small Groups! All Small Group leaders are invited, but new leaders are especially urged to attend.

Outreach Committee Support For Short Term Missions - February 16 

The Outreach Committee would like to assist families and individuals in our congregation considering going on a short term missions. If you are considering such a missions event, please contact any of the the Outreach Committee Members during the year and especially during the upcoming Outreach Conference on March 7th-9th.

Women's Winter Breakfast

Women's Winter Breakfast - February 22 

We are very excited about our Annual Winter Breakfast Saturday, February 22, 9-11:30! Anita Lustrea will be speaking, many of you may know her as the host from Moody radio's Midday Connection. We are excited to hear her in person!

Tickets will be on sale February 2, 9, and 16 for $20 each. We will have whole tables ($180) for sale again this year, however; please purchase with confidence! If you are not able to fill all of your seats, we cannot provide refunds. 

Connect Small Group Celebration Luncheon

Connect Small Group Celebration Luncheon - Sunday February 23

There will be a luncheon for all Connect Home Small Group members to celebrate our small group campaign on Sunday, February 23 following the second service at 12:00 pm! Please RSVP to the email invitation you will soon receive or let your small group leader know if you will be coming. We want all small groups to sit together (for a little friendly competition) and to celebrate the great results and unity from this campaign.

Annual Outreach Conference

SAVE THESE DATES so you don't miss out on seeing how God is moving in and among our outreach ministries! This year promises to be one that you and your family don't want to miss. Stop by the Welcome Center to sign up for work projects, bus tours of our partner ministries, small group suppers in homes with our outreach partners, and Sunday morning's prayer breakfast. We hope you will prayerfully consider making this Outreach Conference a top priority, joining us for what promises to be a moving weekend!

Safe Families

The Greater Chicago Host Family Training Day - Saturday, March 29, 8:30am-1pm

Prospective Safe Families, you are invited to a live, accelerated Comprehensive Training Session!
Offered as an alternative to online training, this event is designed to equip you to welcome a child into your home and move you through the training process efficiently. The live Comprehensive Training Session includes everything you need to become a certified Safe Family-all in one place. Start or submit your application, Schedule a Home Study, Complete your training hours, and Meet like-minded families who will support you. Come join us!

Baptism

Baptism - Sunday, May 4 

Class - Sunday March 23, 12:00 

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ and have committed your life to following Him, you should consider publicly declaring this through believer's baptism.
