Prayer for Outreach Partners

Outreach

Prayer for Outreach Partners - August 20
Praying for our Outreach Partners is the privilege and responsibility of each of us. Come join us in the upper library for a time of dedicated prayer for our SPC Outreach program and our Outreach Partners at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of every month.

Car Show

SPC will be hosting another car show on September 8! Join us in the parking lot after church for food, fun and a lot of cars! Contact Bob Anderson at banderson@southparkchurch.org if you are bringing your car. There will be prizes for crowd favorites and goody bags for the first 100 cars.

Flyers for the car show are now available at the Welcome Center. We are asking for people to go to local car shows from now until the end of August and pass them out. Contact Bob Anderson at banderson@southparkchurch with any questions.

College and Young Adult Ministry

Ice Cream Social - Tuesday, August 20, 6 - 7:30 p.m.
Come by our "end of summer" social to connect with other young adults and say "see you soon" to those going away to college or the mission field.

Adult Ministries

Adult Journey Class: Book of Daniel - Sundays, 10:45 a.m., Fireside Room
Join us each Sunday as we study the Book of Daniel. In this 12-week series, we will focus on both portions of Daniel, its narrative section with fascinating and suspenseful stories and the prophetic section with the wide scope through the ages. Daniel contains the most referenced Old Testament prophecies in the New Testament. This will be an exciting study.

Iron Men: One Big Story - Saturdays, 7-8:30 a.m., MPR

Join us as we reflect on the "Big Story" from the Men's perspective and how this story impacts us directly. How did the Creation, the Fall, God's Promise to Abraham, Israelites Grumble and finally, God's Redemption plan impact us as men, husbands, fathers, and friends. This series will continue for one more week! For more information e-mail R.A.

Faith and Fitness - Wednesdays and Fridays, 9 a.m.
Join us for this low-impact
fitness class for women. No need to sign up, simply show up in room 209! This summer we meet on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9 a.m.

MOPS - Wednesdays, 9:30-11:30 a.m., beginning September 25 MOPS

MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers) is currently accepting new registrations for the Fall!  MOPS meets twice monthly on Wednesday mornings and provides, encouragement, support, fellowship (and breakfast) for moms and childcare for kids!  Register soon as childcare spots are quickly filling up! Youth and Children Ministries

Wonderland (Birth - Kindergarten) - Sundays, 9:15 & 10:45 a.m.

These years are filled with a sense of newness and wonder.  Each day is filled with one new discovery after another.  We want to give little ones their first impression of their heavenly Father and the wonder of His love for each of them.
