Congregational Meeting

Congregational Meeting - Sunday, June 9

Lunch at Noon, Meeting at  1:00 pm

There are defining moments in the life of any church when direction is set for the next season. This is one of those moments. The leadership of SPC is proposing moving forward with the full scope of facility renovation as outlined in the information sessions. More importantly, this is a time for our entire church to band together to ask God for Breakthrough--for God to remove anything that hinders his work in our lives and church. We'll also hear reports from ministry directors about exciting summer plans. Members are expected to attend, and everyone is encouraged to attend.

Multi-Generational Event for Women

Beautifully Woven - June 17 at 6:30pm

A tapestry is a beautiful piece of art brought to life with several different colors of thread. Each of our lives is a tapestry in process with the threads representing those investing in our lives. On Monday, June 17 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. you will have an opportunity to weave into someone's life and have someone weave a new color into your life. We invite you to a casual evening where you can bring your craft (knitting, crochet, paper crafts, etc.) and gather with a room of intergenerational ladies (young, more mature, and in between) to fellowship, craft and share ideas and skills. A knitting instructor will be available to teach the basic techniques of learning to knit for a small fee to cover the cost of supplies. No rsvp is needed to attend the event, but if you would like to learn to knit please register and pay at the Welcome Center.
