It is with great pleasure to announce that ASIC has been nominated for an International Customer Delight Award.

The results of the winners will be announced at a major event in Dubai on 13th November 2014, which will be attended by our Chairman Mr Maurice Dimmock.

ASIC wish to take this opportunity to thank all who nominated us for this award. We take pride in providing an excellent service to our institutions at all stages of accreditation, including post accreditation. We will let you know the results as soon as they are announced.

As you are all aware, ASIC as part of its accreditation process, requires all institutions to complete a feedback form entitled 'College Evaluation of Inspections / Accreditation Process'. This enables ASIC to monitor the service that it provides and to help us highlight areas for improvement.

We have analysed the previous year's feedback forms and the results are very pleasing indeed, with 83% of institutions rating ASIC as 'Outstanding' in their overall view of the accreditation.

A more detailed report on the data will be circulated shortly.

We thank all our institutions for their support and honesty in completing these forms.

International student recruitment is always a high priority and ASIC have been extremely busy during October visiting the WEBA workshops in both Los Angeles and Zurich which were extremely well attended by both institutions and agents.

ASIC will also be attending the WEBA workshops in Malaysia on 20th & 21st November and London on 1st & 2nd December 2014.

As an advantage of ASIC accreditation, your institution can benefit from free membership of QISAN. All an ASIC accredited institution needs to do is to complete the QISAN application form, pay a one off administration charge of £100.00 and send in a profile of the institution to the QISAN office.
