Lisa brings a wealth of tourism industry experience across multiple channels and business sectors, from hospitality to event management to destination marketing. 

 

Lisa's expertise includes bringing together broad stakeholder interests, working with small and medium size enterprises, team development, strategic planning, and launching new products. She has traveled extensively while opening new Canadian tourism markets throughout North and South America, and Asia. Born and raised in Telegraph Cove, British Columbia, Lisa has lived and worked throughout Alberta and British Columbia and has called Banff home for the past 10 years.

2014 NATIONAL ABORIGINAL CULTURAL TOURISM AWARD FINALISTS ANNOUNCED

 Aboriginal Tourism Businesses Recognized

The 2014 National Aboriginal Cultural Tourism Award recognizes an Aboriginal tourism business that has demonstrated a commitment to the development, promotion and delivery of an authentic, innovative and enriched Aboriginal cultural tourism visitor experience.

 

We received an amazing number of nominations for this award from across Canada - our panel of expert judges have narrowed down the list of finalists, shown below. 

 

Thank you to all who nominated and congratulations to the finalists. The winner will be announced at the Canadian Tourism Awards Gala on November 26 at the Westin Ottawa Hotel.
