Proposed Indiana Immigration Legislation-2013

   

  

VOTE NO on Senate Bill 581 sponsored by Sen. Tallian-D.

This bill would repeal the immigration law (Senator Delph's S.E.A. 590) that we worked so hard to get passed last year! 

  

VOTE NO on Senate Bill 550 sponsored by Sen. Mrvan-D.

This bill would give driving permits to illegal aliens.

  

VOTE NO on Senate Bill 207 sponsored by Senators Leising-R and Yoder-R.

This bill would give in-state tuition rates to illegals who were already here in 2011.

  

VOTE NO on Senate Bill 146 sponsored by Sen. Mrvan-D.  This bill would penalize employers if they don't pay illegals the same wages as they pay legal workers.

  

VOTE YES on Senate Bill 34 sponsored by Sen. Tomes-R. This bill would prevent illegal aliens from getting the child tax credit that received national attention in this WTHR investigative report.
