The time to celebrate pure maple syrup in all its forms has come, March 22 & 23 and 29 & 30. Pure Catskills members are answering the call. Enjoy samplings, educational workshops, operations tours, and all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts with REAL maple syrup! Hosted by maple-producing families like Shaver-Hill Farm in Harpersfield, these maple confection gurus open their doors and invite you in for all the sticky, gooey goodness you can handle. Experience a taste of the "sweet world of maple sugaring" as part of NYS Maple Weekend at the Agroforestry Resource Center on March 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Learn about sugar mapling processes.
