Diehard fans and maple purists who have held out 360 days for the NYS Maple Weekend, the wait is over! The time to celebrate pure maple syrup in all its forms has come, March 22 & 23 and 29 & 30. Pure Catskills members are answering the call. Enjoy samplings, educational workshops, operations tours, and all-you-can-eat pancake breakfasts with REAL maple syrup! Hosted by maple-producing families like Shaver-Hill Farm in Harpersfield, these maple confection gurus open their doors and invite you in for all the sticky, gooey goodness you can handle.
