Gather with local food advocates from across the region including farmers, retailers, restaurateurs, specialty food producers, distributors, farmers' market staff and economic development practitioners. Your time is NOW to sell at the Pakatakan Farmers' Market. PFM is accepting applications for new vendors, farmers and artists for the 2014 summer season. Find more information, rules and the application online; the deadline FOR ALL applications is March 15. PFM is open Saturdays, 9a-2p, mid-May through mid-October.

Maple Fest:  

Celebrating Maple Syrup

Experience a taste of the "sweet world of maple sugaring" as part of the New York Maple Weekend at the Agroforestry Resource Center on March 22. Learn about sugar mapling processes, then enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast. Free and open to the public; call CCE-Greene at (518) 622-9820.
