SPRING HAS SPRUNG
With each day, the grass gets that much greener!
Greetings!
It's been a long winter but the snow is gone, temperatures are rising, and each day, the grass gets that much greener. Sprinting towards summer sounds great but as the saying goes, "April showers, bring May flowers."

We're excited not just for the flowers but the fresh, delectable greens, the carrots and radishes fresh from the earth, and soon asparagus, a home-grown delight! As we drive down our back roads, pastured livestock will be face-down gorging on grass. Poultry will venture beyond the paths made over the past five months.

It's time we shake off winter and enjoy the Spring! Below are some ideas for getting out and doing just that!

Best,
