Pure Catskills
WHO DOESN'T LOVE MAPLE SYRUP?
The Sap to Syrup Story - Experience first-hand how maple syrup is made
Greetings!
For only a couple of months each year, the sap runs and maple producers throughout the Catskills start up their stoves, collect this sweet treat, and boil it to syrup perfection.

Maple producers all over the region will be opening their sap houses to the public on the weekends of March 16-17 and March 23-24th. This is an annual event, encouraging people to experience the camaraderie and fun of the maple season. Visitors enjoy tours of maple operations and sample syrups. It is a great learning experience for adults and children alike!

Explore Maple Weekend activities  and follow on Facebook to enter the Maple Weekend Contest. You could win two pints of maple syrup and an exclusive Maple Weekend Tour.
