Pure Catskills
FRESH FROM THE CATSKILLS
Your resource for farmers' markets, u-picks, farmstands, and harvest festivals featuring locally grown fruits, vegetables, maple and honey products, herbs and more!
Greetings!
  Fresh from the Catskills

A new campaign promoting specialty crops in the Catskills will help local consumers and visitors learn more about where to find locally grown produce at farmers' markets, farmstands and pick-your-own farms, and how to prepare and enjoy the seasonal bounty.

County specific listings of farmers' markets, farmstands and pick-your-own farms and harvest festivals, as well as seasonal recipes, facts and other tips directly related to featured specialty crops can be found on Pure Catskills' "Fresh from the Catskills" Website.

This month, a promotion centers around u-pick pumpkin farms. Print the coupon found here, and head to one of four participating farms to redeem it for a free Pure Catskills market tote!

Looking for a recipe for one of your local food finds? Pure Catskills member food bloggers are sharing their secrets, and we've created a recipe resource to enlighten the taste buds!

Explore the site and enjoy all that is "Fresh from the Catskills!"

Best,

Land Access Resource

Land access is a significant barrier for beginning farmers throughout the U.S. Recognizing this challenge and opportunities in our region, Catskills FarmLink launched one year ago this month as the Catskills' consolidated land access resource.

In the past year, the site has enabled two "links."
