November's meeting: Our guest speaker this month is muskie guide Jeff Anderson of Leisure Outdoor Adventures. Jeff is a successful tournament angler, has been featured on several t.v. shows including: In-Fisherman, Jason Mitchell Outdoors, and Keyes Outdoors television programs. He'll be joining us to share some muskie wisdom.
Also on tap... it's Ladies Appreciation night! We will have several prizes just for the ladies to win.

MHOTY Round #5 - Trophy Hunt Results
Quite a few BLC members heading out to the big fish pond called Mille Lakes for the Trophy Hunt. Mille Lacs has been a very tough nut to crack the past few years and the outing showed it. A big doughnut for the crew! Only a couple fish were seen. But that's how Mille Lacs has been. A few trips out with nothing and then the next an absolute hawg eats! Better luck next time BLC'ers. It off to the final round of the MHOTY.... the Iceman!

2013 Gil Hamm Location Selected
The Chicagoland Muskie Hunters have made their choice for the 2013 Gil Hamm. They have chosen Lake Vermilion. September 14th - 21st with the tourney being held the 18th - 20th. The host resort is Spring Bay Resort on the west end. Three resorts have offered up special Gil Hamm rates for mid week or weekly stays. For complete details go to www.gilhamm.com
