Veterans and clinic students As the nation prepares to celebrate Veterans Day, Berkeley Law students - many of them vets themselves - are launching new initiatives to help U.S. combat vets fight for healthcare benefits and more. Says second-year law student and active-duty Marine Adrian Kinsella, "It takes a vet to understand a vet."

Berkeley Project participants Trowels and sponges, rakes, trash bags and goodwill were in abundance Saturday as some 1,600 volunteers fanned out across Berkeley and beyond for Berkeley Project Day.
