Delivery Express has a new Customer Service Manager to welcome to the team, and her name is Sherri Maurer. Sherri has a tremendous background in customer service that spans more than 19 years. So far in her first month on the job, Sherri has been most impressed with her fellow employees and the DLX clients. Each group has been so helpful, friendly and easy to work with.
Sherri grew up in Spokane, and then lived in California and Austin, Texas, but returned to the Pacific Northwest three years ago. Sherri's 20-year-old daughter is still in Austin finishing up college. Outside of work, Sherri enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, hiking, playing volleyball and reading. Sherri is lucky to have her sister living close by and is now a proud owner of a cat, thanks to her daughter who thought owning a cat in college was a good idea for a short time.
