QuickBooks Tips
Reconciling - If you are having trouble reconciling your bank account or credit card account, be sure that your beginning balance is correct and your ending balance matches the statement. You may want to "uncheck all" and start again, go slow and make sure every amount on the statement is in QuickBooks, and only clear the amounts you see on the statement. Your difference should be $.00 when you are finished. Click here for instructions or call me for assistance.
Payroll Liabilities - If you process payroll in QuickBooks, do you have amounts displaying in your pay liabilities window that should be corrected? If it's just a penny or two, you can click here for instructions on adjusting the payroll liability. If it's more than that, please call me for assistance.

QuickBooks 2015 will be released around the September 21st time frame. We'll be attending a webinar on September 22-23 to learn about all of the new features. We can't place orders yet, but let me know if you're interested in upgrading.
