Souper Bowl of Caring |
Nearly 100 million Americans are expected to tune in to watch the Super Bowl. Many of them will be hosting or attending parties with abundant food, friendship and fellowship. At the same time, nearly 1 billion people will be hungry-some worrying about staying warm, finding shelter and securing the next meal.
Please join us in remembering the hungry this Super Bowl-and give a donation to help fight hunger after worship on Super Bowl Sunday.

Habitat for Humanity Update |
Next Habitat Grosse Pointe Partners Volunteer Opportunity. St. Paul will host the 2nd Saturday Build on February 9, 2013 from 8 am to 4 pm. We will meet in our parking lot at 7:45 am to carpool to the work site. We most likely will be working inside rehabbing houses (possibly stripping wall paper and painting) in the Morningside area, just across Mack Avenue and east of Alter Road. We will need about 10 volunteers for that day. Call Dave Upmeyer (881-9522) or email upmeyers@hotmail.com to sign up. There are similar opportunities during the week throughout January for those able to work then. Special thanks to Tom Archinal for volunteering to coordinate our work with Habitat Grosse Pointe Partners in the future". Thanks
