Elizabeth's Gift begins with the tragic death of a very loved little girl. Six months later, her parents are still struggling to move on with their lives and to find any kind of joy. When the mother begins volunteering at a homeless shelter, she begins to have day-time visions of her daughter standing in the street. By following the little girl, she is led to discover another homeless young girl whom she learns to care for and eventually rescues.
