As 2015 comes to a close, it is important to express our appreciation for all of the member-firms that make up the Master Builders of Iowa.  

 

This past year, MBI saw many achievements, while offering an expanded list of services that are exclusive to your firm. These new services include the

Training Vault, the

MBI App and the new job board. Also, the MBI Board of Directors showed its commitment to enhancing scholarship opportunities for future builders at Iowa State University and the University of Northern Iowa by engaging in a dollar for dollar match campaign.

Like most in this industry, we are optimistic and excited about 2016 in how this organization stays true to its mission of being the essential resource for improving member performance and promoting a business environment favorable to the construction industry. The High Performing Leadership Series for Project Managers and Project Supervisors is filling fast, so be sure to register your project team soon! This leadership series has received great reviews in its first two years and is a great opportunity for members of your project team to take their skills and knowledge to the next level by better understanding topics such as job profits, scheduling, and safety, while defining and managing critical success factors in all phases on a project that can make or break a team, a project, and/or a company. The series will be held on January 21-22nd and January 28-29th.
