Don't Forget to Drop Off Your Toy Donations!
Performance Reviews & Goal Setting Webinar
Resource for Safety Best Practices
We will be accepting toy donations until December 16th, at which time we will be delivering all donations to the Toys for Tots warehouse in Des Moines.  We encourage you to rally your employees to gather toy donations to contribute to this great cause!  If you have any questions or would like to have your donation picked up, please contact Tania Bowman at (515) 657-4390 / tbowman@mbionline.com.
How do your employees react to the topics of performance reviews and goal setting?  Why should you even bother with performance management? Bersin by Deloitte reports that actionable development plans result in twice the revenue per employee and a 27% lower turnover rate so the business benefit is clear. Attend a free, members only webinar to get "Eight Do's and Don'ts of Performance Reviews and Goal Setting" and learn how to create a systematic process for performance management that employees, managers and senior leadership view as motivating and valuable to the organization.

A work environment promoting safety and health will improve worker's productivity and has an impact on the bottom line by reducing downtime, workers compensation claims and improving morale.  Safety Best Practices can improve any safety program and are often times developed by companies who are never satisfied with the status quo. We have assembled best practices used by many of the companies who enroll projects in the WORKSAFE program on the MBI website. This webpage will continuously evolve, so check back often for new resources and best practice ideas for your company. CLICK HERE to access the Safety Best Practices webpage.
