Membership Luncheon Picture

In addition to the presentation on Developing Your Millennial Workforce, MBI President, Chad Kleppe, will give a legislative update and MBI's Director of Education, Tom Fulcher, will be on location to demo and answer questions about the new MBI Training Vault.

Cornerstone Academy - Filling Fast!
If you are planning to enroll some of your employees in the 2015-16 Cornerstone Academy, you might want to move that up the priority ladder...seats are selling fast!  With over 6 weeks to go before the start of this popular leadership series, the class is already half full with only 12 seats remaining.
 
Cornerstone Academy is designed to introduce attendees to several facets of the commercial construction industry while providing them with a wealth of valuable information and priceless resources.  A solid understanding of the topics included in this program are vital to the success of every commercial construction company therefore also critical for the success of the employees who are leading these firms. This is an excellent opportunity to see a detailed overview of many important aspects of the commercial construction industry as well as receiving fundamental information.
 
The schedule for Cornerstone Academy is one that is familiar to MBI member firms with the group meeting in a different location each month with training in the afternoon (1:00pm - 5:00pm) of the first day, a social dinner that night, then training concluding the following morning (8:00am - 12:00pm).  Cornerstone Academy will be held each month October 2015 through February 2016 (schedule below).

  • December 3 & 4 - Ames
  • January 7 & 8 - Waterloo
  • February 11 & 12 - West Des Moines
