WORKSAFE is the nation's first safety program involving a public-private partnership. The Iowa Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Iowa OSHA) and Master Builders of Iowa launched WORKSAFE in December 2012. WORKSAFE is designed to identify jobsite hazards before work begins, in order to create safer work environments on construction projects.  The following projects have recently been registered as WORKSAFE:

 PROJECT: JPP Anesthesia Offices Relocation

CONTRACTOR: McComas-Lacina Construction Co. LC - Iowa City, IA

 PROJECT: Bluffs on the River Building C

CONTRACTOR: Knutson Construction Services, Inc. - Iowa City, IA

PROJECT: Western Home Communites - Phase VI Villa's

CONTRACTOR: Cardinal Construction, Inc. - Waterloo, IA
