United Fire Group - Dividend Program Webinar is Today!

As you have heard, MBI has teamed up and partnered with United Fire Group, headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to create and launch the first Association endorsed, dividend paying property casualty program.  This exclusive, customizable insurance program with UFG and MBI is the return on the investment contractors receive for ensuring the safety of their business. UFG individually rates each policy to safeguard the quality of our safety dividend, to make sure contractors get what they deserve. The product is available through your local agent.

We are holding a webinar on Monday, November 17th from 1:00 - 2:00 pm to go over this new program with United Fire Group in further detail.  Representatives from UFG will be presenting and will answer any questions you may have during the webinar.  Please follow this link to access a flyer and registration information for the webinar:  http://www.mbionline.com/events/rewarding-safe-construction.

Engage MBI - Taking Construction Advocacy to a New Level

MBI has launched a new public affairs advocacy program called - Engage MBI. With Engage MBI, we can now better educate members and provide more opportunities for grassroots involvement.

There are four main components to Engage MBI:

EDUCATEA well versed membership is a very powerful tool that can increase the commercial construction industry's voice at the Iowa Capitol.

ADVOCATEThere are no better spokespeople for Iowa's commercial construction industry than MBI members like yourself.

ACTIVATEEngage MBI will make contacting your legislator simple and easy, but yet very effective.

STAY INFORMEDMBI must continue to keep members up to speed on developments at the Iowa Capitol.

Space is Limited - Register Today to Exhibit at the 2015 Winter Conference!

Reserve exhibiting space at the 2015 Annual Winter Conference that will be held at the Prairie Meadows Events & Conference Center in Altoona, Iowa on February 24-25, 2015.  We heard a lot of great feedback last year about the move to Prairie Meadows, which allows for the conference to be held on one level, with seminars, exhibits and special events all in close proximity to each other so that attendees do not have to travel between buildings for events and seminars. The onsite hotel accommodations for conference attendees, free adjacent parking, onsite restaurants and entertainment were also a big hit last year.   The booth and table display configuration has been created to maximize the amount of companies that can participate as exhibitors.

For more complete information and to access the brochure and contract, which explains the show format for 2015 in further detail, please CLICK HEREExhibitor space is LIMITED and companies will be placed on a first come, first serve basis until no space remain.

We have sold half of the spaces so far, so please return your application as soon as possible so that we can get your desired location reserved!
