As we begin the New Year, Midtown Bank is pleased to announce it was recently approved for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Preferred Lenders Program (PLP). Lenders are considered for PLP status based on their record with SBA, and must have demonstrated a proficiency in processing and servicing SBA guaranteed loans. The PLP designation will provide Midtown Bank with the ability to simplify and expedite the SBA loan approval process.
