Message from the President
 I had my annual physical exam last week, which prompted me to consider, as 2012 quickly draws to a close I am reminded of the need to have a "check-up" on all major systems to ensure that each of them are working properly for the New Year. Now is an excellent time to review each of our financial systems too! Your personal and business relationships are vital to ensure that you are maximizing your return on your cash at every opportunity.
Please take a moment to take inventory of the relationships you have with Midtown Bank and meet with our banking staff to ensure you have taken full advantage of all of our outstanding products. While, we can't predict all of the challenges ahead we can provide banking solutions to help meet your needs in 2013.
Finally, I want to thank our customers, staff and shareholders for making 2012 the most successful year in our bank's history. We are proud of our financial results, support from our customers, and the leadership role we have taken in our community and in Georgia.
