How do we develop a resilient St. Louis community in the face of a changing environment? Whether it's flood-plain development, a changing insurance landscape, or uncertain government regulation, part of the answer will be how we approach the relationship between water and our built environment. Panelists from diverse perspectives will discuss the current status and future implications of these topics. Co-sponsors by the American Planning Association - Missouri Chapter, USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter, and the Urban Land Institute - St. Louis
