Help the Hungry - November 9
There are many ways to help support the 10th Annual CROP Hunger Walk.  Register to walk, support a walker with a financial donation and shop at Whole Foods on November 5 and they will donate 5% of their net sales.  Read more;register.

Holidays...they are supposed to make us think of words like thankful, merry and happy. 
But...what if death causes us to associate the holidays with words and feelings like depression, anxiety and stress?

Surviving the Holidays, a special program that offers support, encouragement and helpful suggestions for those grieving the death of a loved one, will take place on Saturday, November 15, from 10am-noon in room 203/204.  Pre-registration at griefshare@viennapres.org
