  Greetings!

 Hello again.

ruth at zaar Last time I addressed YOU specifically (you, being those who have brought Antiques by Zaar along by way of doing business with me...thank you thank you!) I had just found my new home in MD and was waiting for closing/moving, and all that.

Well, all went without a hitch and October 1 I moved in , lock stock and barrel. Oh my, even after so much purging I STILL had so much "stuff". There came a point I just wanted them to stop off loading the truck as I just didn't want anymore in my house.  Well, within a week's time of concerted effort I was totally unpacked and my garage was full of boxes and bags of packing paper, and I was more or less settled in. What a great feeling, to come back from Furniture Market, to a home that wasn't all amuck. It was indeed worth the effort to plow right through it all. And here I am exactly 4 months later, not believing that it has already/only been 4 months. Isn't that the way it is eh?

Sure it would be no surprise to any of you that the few pieces of furniture I needed to fill in I would find in my avalon dining room sideboard inventory. What can I say, I do love what I sell and filling my home with Chinese Antiques just seems the natural thing to do....adding another level of warmth to it. Yes, I probably have more of an Asian infusion than most, have shared a few pix on facebook here, but you know what I'm saying, as you have also added to your home's warmth with such....that is how we came to know each other right?

As always, I LOVE it when you share photos with me of how you've placed YOUR Antiques by Zaar acquisitions in your home, and would like to invite you here to flood my inbox with photos showcasing your Chinese Antique(s) in your home/office.

shaunda scroll  Many of you have already contributed to my Home Gallery, and my interest is in revitalizing that section of my website, by having a blog to coincide with the testimonial of photo and words, and thus sharing with my world beyond my website, of course with the hopes of bringing them into my website. Social Media has opened a whole new set of doors for us to share our businesses with a growing audience online..isn't it great?

Per below you can get an idea of what I like to do with the photos you send me...and yes, can keep anonymous, and only give city, state if that is your preference. If you want to include a testimonial on either how you love mixing Chinese antiques in your schema and/or on your shopping experience with Antiques by Zaar, great, if it's daunting for you to do so, the photos suffice and will be put to good use. Every contribution that comes my way is a Gift and will be treated as such, and will be shared with my online prospects and also with ya'll by way of this newsletter. Thanking you in advance for helping me visually share how well Chinese antiques work in a myriad of decorating schema...all the while adding warmth to your home.

Lastly, per the info below on left sidebar, am wanting to share with you new products that you can now buy through me. As you know I have been frequenting the High Point Furniture Market for 10 years now, and 6 years ago moved my warehouse to High Point, from Maine. There are so many benefits to fostering a community in High Point, the Home Furnishings Capital of the World, and one is happening upon product lines that are exciting and enhance what I have at Antiques by Zaar....not to mention more than a handful of companies that are now sharing showroom space with me at ZAAR Design Center.

Am in a position now to present to you 2 new offerings...a line of leather chesterfields, and a collection of Chinese porcelain stools.

sandy Have enjoyed this little catch up. Do hope this finds you well. Spending this time with you has warmed me from the inside out for the reminder of how each of you have contributed to my world on so many levels....as does this video testimonial by long time customer Sandy Jenifer.  Antiques by Zaar remains strong for the many YOU's that have chosen to take that leap of faith and buy Chinese Antiques online with us. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

Look forward to hearing from you/knowing how you are.

Ruth
