TMD Alliance
Founded in 1995 on behalf of patients' well-being, the American Alliance of TMD Organizations' mission is to support and protect the right and freedom of clinicians to practice in the field of TMD within the scope of their care, skill, judgment, and scientific information.

The American Alliance of TMD Organizations has been created to represent the broad interests of professional organizations and their member practitioners who understand the importance of effective diagnosis and treatment of cranio-oro-facial disorders.

The following is a newsletter with information relating to how we are working to support you and your patient's ability to receive the quality TMD care that you render.

A response was made by your American Alliance of TMD Organizations.
"... the TMD Alliance is in opposition to the philsophy proposed by Dr. Charles S. Greene regarding the sole use of Bio-Psycho-Social treatment for TMJ disorders and holds that occlusion can be a causative factor in TMD.  We request you re-consider the restriction being placed upon dentists in Quebec and invite you to also consider a broader reasonable guidline as our Alliance members have come to adopt."  For full response click here..
