Do You Need to Reschedule?
We certainly understand if you need to postpone or cancel your appointment because, that's how life goes some times. We just ask that you follow our policy of notifying us in advance, in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
A cancellation fees is required for appointments not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (it used to be 72 hours). This has been standard operating procedures for our services for over 20 years. In the case of huge disasters like Hurricane Sandy or 911 those severe occurrences when telephones and subway systems are down, these are exceptions to the rule. The same holds true for death in the family. Otherwise, please be prepared to pay a cancellation fee if you do not notify us BEFORE the 48 hour countdown to your appointment time. Your cooperation and consideration is most appreciated.

Thank you to all of our clients who take the time to respond to their 'Appointment Reminders' sent to all clients via their email address. When you receive this email, you don't need to send us a reply email. All that is required to confirm your appointment is for you to click on the link in the email and that will automatically update your status to "Confirmed" in our appointment system.
But in the event you cannot make that scheduled appointment, when your reminder arrives is a most opportune time to call us and let us know you are unable to keep your appointment.
