CREATE YOUR OWN IKEBANA FLOWER ARRANGEMENT
Sunday, February 17 from 1-3 pm Did you know that ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement, became a growing pastime in the 1500s for Samurai warriors and their families? Join Antoinette Drouart, owner of Ikebana Flower in Nashua, for an enjoyable and creative afternoon exploring this art form. Learn about the history of ikebana and the meaning of the various flowers, and create your own arrangement to take home.

VACATION ART CAMP FOR KIDS Tales of the Samurai In conjunction with the Lethal Beauty: Samurai Weapons and Armor exhibition, students will be making ceramics, paintings, prints and drawings that related to the rich and enchanting visual history of Japan with a special focus on the Samurai culture.
ART INTENSIVES FOR TEENS Manga Samurai Adventure Week Students will design, draw and produce an 8-16 page original manga mini-comic and release it at our "Currier Manga Con" at the end of the week!
