The children in the RE program have been getting to know each other better, and we want you to know us too. You can see our pictures on our new bulletin board outside the classroom. Other expressions of what we have been doing are on the inside walls: the five pillars of Islam and reflection on the first smooth stone of liberal religion-revelation is continuous.
Next week we will begin a unit on peace and justice. There are three goals for the first session.
- To experience the meeting place as peaceful
- To feel included in a friendly, caring group
- To feel validated as unique and special
Parents, your feedback is necessary and appreciated. Contact: Vicki Schoen
