Thirty Days of Love
begins tomorrow, Jan. 18
The goals for Thirty Days of Love are
  • To celebrate the words and deeds of unsung heroes.
  • To continue the effort to promote equality, acceptance, diversity, and inclusion.
The easiest way to be involved with Thirty Days
of Love is to sign up for the daily emails. Each day, SSL will send out an email with a daily theme of love + justice, and offer you resources for reflection, education and action. There will also be a daily action you are invited to take part in (to give you an idea of what daily actions look like: sometimes it will be changing your Facebook pic; other days it will be journaling; or might be contacting Congress).

Standing on the Side of Love (SSL) has all you need to learn more and get started  here.
Chalice Lighter Call

Are you a
Chalice Lighter?

The Chalice Lighter program encourages and supports growth of Unitarian Universalism by awarding grants to member congregations and clusters. Grants are awarded for both traditional and innovative growth projects.

By joining, not only will you support the growth of congregations and services in the Southwestern Conference (or District), your participation will help AUUF qualify to apply for a grant in the future.

You're already a chalice lighter?
Then it's time to send at least the requested pledge amount of $20 (note that the minimum requested amount has increased). The Fall 2013 Call for the Southwestern Unitarian Universalist Conference has been awarded to the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Houston. They have requested the grant to create a social justice rapid response network manager position. Send your pledged gift now!
