Dear Junior High Parents,

This weather! I know we should not complain, we could be in Boston. At the same time the temperature takes a toll on us. We have to wear more layers, plan ahead for any season on any day. Here at school we have had to have indoor lunch and recess. Not being able to get out and "blow off some steam" has an effect in the classroom.

SCS Sports

A big thank you to all the volunteers that helped with the Diocesan Basketball Tournament.  We could not have had such a successful tournament without your hard work and dedication.  Our Singing Saints did an outstanding job singing at the tournament Mass at St. Josephs.  Our boys basketball team played hard as they faced some tough competition from around the state.  Great job Seahawks!!!

Our SCS Archers performed well last weekend at Regions over the weekend.  Courtney Carney won 1st place in the Elementary School Girls category with an overall score of 253.  Miguel Uribarri scored a 243 (a personal best) at Regions and earned a medal in an earlier tournament. Great job to all the archers that participated!
