CARA Survey Assistance Needed
|
Next weekend our parish will conduct a survey to measure the effectiveness of our parish programs and to assess the greatest needs of the parish community. The survey will be distributed and collected in-pew during all Masses on April 16 and 17. We are looking for volunteers to help distribute the surveys to the parish community much like we do for the Bishop Lenten Appeal. This will take place at the time of the homily. Please click HERE and scroll down to April 16 & 17 CARA Survey to volunteer.

Spring Fling - Art after Dark - April 23
|
Haven't you always wanted to attend a cocktail party at an art gallery? Then mark your calendars for the Saint Ann Catholic School PTO's traditional spring fling-this year showcasing our children's fabulous artwork! This adults-only evening event will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. in Father Beattie Hall. Come and enjoy cocktails, snacks and socializing with other parents. Our children's artwork will provide the backdrop, thanks to the art show scheduled for Friday, April 22 (6:30 to 8 p.m., Father Beattie Hall). Don't miss your chance to bid on class projects. This year, special items such as calendars and mugs featuring students' artwork will also be for sale. As always, all proceeds will benefit teacher enrichment programs. Please bring your own festive beverage. Parents with last names beginning with A-M, please bring an appetizer to share. Parents with last names beginning with N-Z, please bring a dessert to share. Want to help out? Click HERE HERE or contact Kelley Vlahos at kv@Kelleyvlahos.com.

Variety Show Coming in May
|
Time to let our Saint Ann stars shine brightly! Does your child have a special talent they would like to share with the school? The Variety Show, scheduled for May 6th, lets even our shyest stars shine in a supportive and fun production! All participants (solo and groups) must have at least one parent coordinator (two OPCYP compliant adults must be present if using space at the church/school for practices). Please fill out the Act Entry Form and return it to Anne Breville.

Rosary Garden Assistance Needed
|
Given that Saturday's weather is supposed to be winter-like instead of spring-like, we are moving the Rosary Garden workday from this Saturday, April 9, to Saturday, April 16th. This is a great opportunity for families who are unable to volunteer during the day to earn your required STS hours. Please contact Hilary Anderson at blueskies100700@aol.com to volunteer. Many hands make light work, and we can use yours!

We are only ordered a small number of books this year so orders will be taken on a first come first serve basis. Orders should be sent to the school office for processing.

Packets of paperwork can be obtained from the school office.
When visiting/assisting at the school you must sign-in at the front office upon arrival. Volunteers will be given a pass. The pass alerts the faculty and students that you are an approved visitor.
