Parent Portal Issues
Emails To Parents Fixed
Emails sent via the Gradebook and parent notifications from the PowerSchool system are now sending properly. Parents should now be receiving these emails.

There was an issue with the outgoing mail server that began when we were migrated to the new host.  It began to be noticed in the past week.  PowerSchool has resolved the issue.

Do Not Reply To Automatic Parent Emails
Please do not to reply to the automatically generated emails you receive.  Parents should always use the teacher's email address.  The email address used by the server, powerschool AT  arlingtondiocese DOT com, is not monitored by a person.

It is not currently possible to add a message (i.e. "Do not reply") to the auto emails.  This feature has been requested.

Thanks to everyone for their patience this year with the Parent Portal. We hope to continue to improve this service for you. If you have any questions, or issues, notify the school office and we will follow-up to try and determine the problem and, hopefully, a solution.
