You made great things happen at Foothills Animal Shelter in 2015! We want to thank each and every one of you for your support throughout the year. With your help, thousands of pets in our care were adopted or reunited with their families! Thank you to everyone who adopted a pet, volunteered or made a gift to support our life-saving work of helping orphaned animals get the best chance at a better life. To our amazing donors, volunteers, partners and community supporters: thank you for everything you do to help homeless pets!
Warm Your Heart Wednesdays
50% Off Cat and Dog Adoptions
Bring home a new furry friend with Warm Your Heart Wednesdays! On Wednesday, January 20, adoption fees for dogs and cats 6 months and older will be 50% off! The same adoption process still applies and all adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, a microchip, vaccinations and a health exam.
Special thanks to Citywide Banks for being the proud sponsor of Warm Your Heart Wednesdays. We can't thank them enough for their continued generous support.
You already know your pet is a star...now it's time to show the world! Tomorrow, January 14, is National Dress Up Your Pet Day and we're celebrating on social media. Break out the costumes and cameras and share photos of your pet at their finest (or funniest) with us! Post pictures of your fashion-forward furry friend to our Facebook page and we'll share our favorites. If you are using Instagram or Twitter, use the hashtag #FASDressUp. Ready, set, go!
Did you know 75% of all dogs within Jefferson County are not licensed? That means 3/4 of your dogs might not be able to ever get back home to you should they get lost. A license not only protects your beloved pet, but also supports Foothills Animal Shelter and the thousands of orphaned pets we care for each year. License Today
