Dog Rescued from Frozen Lake
Golden Retriever Returned Home After Icy Adventure
In early December, Westminster Animal Management Officer Chris Branigan and the Westminster Fire Department were called to Loon Lake about a dog that had fallen through the ice. Working hard for some time, the fire department's ice rescue team was able to rescue the dog from the lake. Officer Branigan then transported the dog to a vet hospital for hypothermia.
