Foster Care Volunteers Save Lives
May is National Foster Care Month! THANK YOU to our 173 foster volunteers that cared for 939 orphaned animals in 2014.
Our foster homes provide care and loving temporary homes to animals in need until they are ready for adoption. Do you want to make a difference in the life of an orphaned pet? Consider becoming a Foster Care volunteer!
Get on the Taggin' Wagon at Foothills Animal Shelter on June 6! From noon until 4 pm, we'll be offering affordable pet licensing, vaccinations and microchips. There will also be goodie bags for all attendees! No appointment needed! Please bring your pet's written vaccine records to help us better serve you. For your pet's safety, only two vaccines can be given per pet at one time.
Henry arrived at Foothills Animal Shelter as a motherless kitten, only a few days old. Thanks to donor support, Henry received the constant care--including 'round-the-clock bottle feedings--that saved his life.
John adopted a thriving Henry when he was two-months-old and brought the kitten home to meet Lupa, John's 40-pound dog. It was love at first sight! Henry and Lupa have been inseparable ever since--eating, sleeping and playing together.
Your gift to Foothills Animal Shelter saves animals' lives--and brightens the world of those who love them.
Donate now to provide life-saving care to more than 9,300 pets that come to Foothills Animal Shelter every year looking for help and hope.
Did you know that if your missing pet is wearing a license, you can be contacted immediately if they are found? In many cases, our animal control partners bring your pet directly home! License Today
