 | I am Crow by Kirby Sattler |
| Kirby Sattler fine art prints!
With an original Kirby Sattler painting selling for at least five digit figures, and his limited edition giclee prints running in the high hundreds, owning a piece of Kirby Sattler art has been beyond the reach of many, until now. Finally, the wonderful art of Kirby Sattler is available in an affordable open run art poster or mini art print!
This open run art print of I Am Crow is available in two sizes. The mini print is 7.5 x6.5 inches and the art poster is 16 x 20 inches. Print sizes represent the size of the image, not including borders.
With the deliberate precision given to each work, Kirby Sattler produces a very limited number of paintings each year. The Crow got their name because when they first met the white soldiers, they were butchering buffalo. When the white men asked what they called themselves, they said they were the Big Bird People, referring to their sacred eagle. But, there were a lot of crows around at the time cleaning up the offal from the butchering, so the soldiers erroneously thought that was the big bird they were referring to, and the translation stuck.
