Called to Love, Justice, Vitality
Reverend Susan Frederick-Gray
(ONE SERVICE EACH SUNDAY, THROUGH JULY 31)
This is a defining moment. The challenges we face for humanity and the planet are great. Yet, this is also a moment of opportunity. How is our faith calling us to respond to this moment? What skills do we need to be prepared to respond to that call? How can we be a vital voice for love and justice for our time?
Susan Frederick-Gray is the Lead Minister of the UU Congregation of Phoenix.  She is a life-long Unitarian Universalist who grew up at Eliot Chapel, outside of St. Louis, MO.  She has provided leadership to congregations in all five regions of the UUA, including leading significant growth in the two congregations she served as settled minister.
What's Happening in Religious Education This Week?
This Sunday, we are exploring Dr. Seuss's The Butter Battle Book as a part of our Seussical Summer.  This week we are celebrating our Unitarian Universalist Indigo Promise: Insist on a peaceful, fair, and free world.

Zones on Sundays during Services
As an interconnected community, we raise up awareness of one another's needs and have created welcoming spaces in our sanctuary for all who come.
Fragrance Free Zone. This section is for those with fragrance sensitivities. It is reserved for those who are not wearing products with fragrance.
Best Sound Area. Hearing assistance devices are available from the sound tech in the back of the sanctuary. This area has the best acoustics in the room.
Livestreaming Zone. This section is in the center of our livestream feed. Folks who sit here will appear in the livestream video.
Family friendly Zone. Soft conversation and other kid noises are welcomed here. Conveniently near the exit for restrooms, Religious Education classes, and nursery. The service is also livestreamed to Room 104.
