March News!
March 25, 2015 - Vol. 34

Exceptional Volunteers at Profectum 2015

March has flown by and spring is upon us!

It was an "exceptionally" busy month. Our students wrote and created an original film about presuming competence for the annual Profectum Conference in Pasadena, using their newly acquired rotoscope and green screen compositing skills. They have also been working on original animation for a music video for Dr. Ben & Co. to help young children who are hospitalized. And this week they are collaborating with Sesame Street on animation for an autism initiative!

Our studio artists are currently doing visual effects and title work for three major feature films and one television series. All top-secret until they are released--so stay tuned...

Be sure to buy your tickets for our "Night of Exceptional Comedy" at the Ice House on Sunday, April 12. NBC's Fritz Coleman--winner of 4 Emmy awards for Comedy Specials-- has graciously offered to donate all proceeds to EM through this benefit performance. Don't miss this chance to laugh along with all of us!

Many thanks for your continued support,

Yudi Bennett & Ernie Merln
