October News!
October 30, 2013 - Vol. 20
"Creating the future...one frame at a time."

Greetings!

EM students are up and running!

This semester we will be taking field trips to Dreamworks, Film Roman, Shadow Machine, Method Studios and Sony.  We've already had amazing guest lecturers from Sony Imageworks, Warner Bros. Animation and Film Roman at our school to enhance our curriculum and further our students' expertise.  Our three classes are currently vying for the privilege of creating a holiday card for Film Roman, one of our studio partners.  Several of our Seniors are completing VFX work on a major motion picture.

On October 23rd, Assemblyman Adrin Nazarian came by to visit EM and present us with a Certificate of Recognition.  He graciously posed with our students...see photo above!

Parents...please don't forget to join us at our Exceptional Parents meeting on Sunday, November 3rd at Exceptional Minds.

Have an "exceptional" Halloween!

Sincerely,
Yudi Bennett & Ernie Merlan
