Greetings!
As our summer workshops come to a close, we look back with gratitude as we realize how very fortunate we are to be surrounded by such "exceptionally" talented aspiring young artists in the fields of animation and visual effects.
We are busily getting ready for the start of school on September 9th. We will be welcoming 25 full-time students into our first, second and third year classes. Our very active private-tutoring program will also resume next week.
Be sure to log on to our website to see all the work our students completed over the summer. Here's to another "exceptional" year!
Sincerely,
Yudi Bennett & Ernie Merlan

Summer Workshops
Were A Blast!

Students in Summer Session 1 visited Paris on their way to learning Animation and Web Design.

Session 2 students took a quick rendezvous to Vegas while designing their incredible Video Games & Visual Effects creations.
Our final group of summer students stayed local and took their zanny antics to Hollywood! Students from near and far came together to create Animated shorts, Video Games and Visual Effects with hilarious self-castings.

Students and staff await the start of the 3rd summer workshop.
Sabrina celebrates her 14th birthday with EM.

Michael Leong and his mother Geok win the award for traveling the furthest...all the way from Singapore!

Patrick Represents EM at
Dodger Stadium
Exceptional Minds students, parents, staff and board members enjoyed an exciting 12 inning game at the Autism Awareness Night at Dodger Stadium on August 14th.

Third year student Patrick Brady "steals" a moment with actor and comedian George Lopez as he represents EM on the field prior to the game. Let's go Patrick...let's go!
