Hi! Hope you are almost ready for Christmas?! We have been busy going through our database and cleansing our contact lists ready for the installation of new software, which will be happening throughout December. If your details have changed at all over recent times or if you think the properties and information that we send to you don't quite suit your needs, please let us know.
We have had an incredibly successful year to date but it never ceases to amaze is the diversity of challenges that face us as a small independent business. Whether it is us battling large corporate organisations trying to "take us down" or battling new agencies setting up with introductory low fees, or whether we are being hit with new legislation or stamp duty changes, the challenges certainly seem to keep coming from all angles.
We would really like to thank all of our clients and our supporters though for standing by us throughout various times and difficulties outwith our control. We try incredibly hard to make sure that our level of service provides excellent results for our clients and always try to act fairly, so thank you so much for your belief in us as a company and for your loyalty. We hope that you have an amazing time over the festive and new year period and wish you all the very best into 2016 - we will still be here, and would love to hear from you with your plans for your next move!
