Welcome to October! I am not sure if you remember but we ran a competition earlier in the year to win a trip to London? Well, the winners were a lovely couple who sold their house on Ecclesall Road South with us and this weekend they went First Class on their London Jolly, stayed at the Savoy, and watched Sunny Afternoon in the West End. They sent us a great email whilst enjoying their time there;

The Savoy was amazing! And as for the show.... Last show with first original cast. Ray Davies himself was in the audience and we were surrounded by celebrities including Mariella Frostop! Don't know if you knew quite how special it would be when you booked it.
You've all been fantastic from start to finish and this weekend is the icing on the cake!"

As you will read in the press, property prices continue to strengthen in our region, largely due to lack of stock still, so it is still an excellent time to sell.
