Welcome to September! Well, it has been an incredibly busy month for sales, with some surprising and exciting results for some of our vendors. What we really need is more stock, as we seem to be selling everything! I can tell you about a couple of really exciting projects coming up - two amaaaazing new build houses in S10, which shall be released shortly, if you want to call me about those, and a fab new development in Sheffield City Centre in a stunning listed building, which will suit first time buyers and investors.
We have sold a few projects and properties off market over the last month or so, and so if you have something that you want to sell discreetly, discretion is our middle name. Last month I showed you our lovely new Zoe, who was with Spencers before and has returned to us last month (so good to have her back!), this month we have Kelly to show you who has already created some great impressions with our clients. If you are a regular client and have spoken to her already, please pop in and meet her, she is lovely! Kelly has a wealth of experience and has excellent communication skills. I never want to walk in our office and not hear her voice!
