Welcome to April. Last year on this day, my "April Fool" was that I was having twins! Not such an April Fool after all! My babies are now over six months old and I am really enjoying being heavily back involved in the business. The babies are incredible and I love spending time with them, but there's nothing like getting your teeth back into a property deal to get the blood pumping!
And deals are being done left, right, and centre at the moment! The world has woken up from the wintertime and we have taken some incredible new instructions on our books, some that have sold without even getting onto the market!
We have an excellent database of clients that we contact whenever new properties come onto our books, and we are doing really well with our social media, sharing properties via Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram etc. We are currently positioned at number 26 out of all property "experts" in the UK for our social media presence!*
