Welcome to December! Yoikes. Merry Christmas! 

I have no idea at all where this year has gone but it still feels like it should be summer and not almost the festive season. Maybe that is just wishful thinking.

It has been a fantastic year for our rental department, which is now just 18 months old and flourishing. Rebecca, Marilyn and Lizzie are doing an incredible job and I hear no end of great feedback from both tenants and landlords. In the New Year we are starting to venture into letting and managing some local student property, by popular demand from clients, and so if you would like to discuss with us further please get in touch. 

On the sales side, we couldn't have asked for a more stable and consistent growth in prices and volumes of properties on the market. We are so pleased to report that the crazy days of price wars and multiple offers are not back, but that we are seeing very healthy interest and very pleasing results.

2015 promises to give us more of the same and please take note of our competition below if you going to instruct us with your property before March. OR you could recommend a friend to us, on the condition that they take you on the swanky trip if they win!
